4 years of courses at the School of Cooking and Patisserie "Astuces et Tours de mains" have helped refining my culinary culture. With this legacy, I love inventing recipes.

I prepare, simmer and spice your lunches, dinners and aperitifs among friends up, I am your chef at home. I also like to share my know-how and I address myself to all those willing to discover and master the art of cooking, by giving home-based cooking lessons.

COOKING LESSONS

Above all, I like to share my passion for cooking with others. I propose to give you, and your friends, a lesson in your own kitchen for a minimum of 8 people : birthday, bachelor party or simply for sharing a class with friends.

CHEF AT HOME

I propose to carry out your lunches or dinners, and to cook personalized menus chosen with the masters of the house according to your guests (professional relations or friends) for a minimum of 6 people.

BUFFET AT HOME

To perfect your lunch or dinner, I also offer to advise you and help you with the decoration of your table.

With no time to prepare dinners after a day working, I required Astrid's services and I admit that I only help laying the table. Groceries shopping is done, dinner is excellent, and my friends compliment me for the delight. 

I organized a little event at my place and I also required Astrid's services for a buffet. The display was amazing, my guests did not get that after the "verrines" and skewers there would be other meals, they argued they were full but they still finished all the dishes and desserts ; it was so good !

We have requested Astrid's services several times because she offers a high level of service. Arriving a few hours before the event, we have been able to see her finalize the dishes rigorously ; she cares for gustatory quality as much as for the presentation, and the verrines and terrines she proposes, are very tasty. Our guests have always kept greats memories of the buffets and dishes she had prepared. Astrid is a great professional mastering the art of cooking.
